How to Filter Customers into Segments

To create a dynamic segment that’s updated in real time:

  1. Go to Database → Customers:

  1. Build a filter to select the customers you want to add into your segment and click Create segment:

  1. Enter the segment name and description. The system will automatically generate the system name and external ID.

Click Create:
